An interview with Local Matters with Ken Moore on coaching at our local community media, MMC-TV McMinnville.
You will receive an email with prompts to get you ready for your first one-hour coaching session. These will help you get clear on what changes you are truly ready to make.
In your first one-hour session we’ll collaborate to create your NEW “Whole-self vision,” establish an attainable three-month goal and set at least one action step to get started on your way to achieving that goal.
After the first session, you’ll receive four weekly 30 minute coaching sessions. Sessions can take place via phone, video, or in person. Coaching sessions are key to give you accountability, help you stay focused, gain clarity and affirmation, and keep you moving forward towards success.
